1) What metal is your product made with and what is its purity standard?
-All our products are made with 925 silver.
2) Do you ship overseas?
-No, we currently do not ship overseas but we will be starting soon.
3) Can I change my address once the order has been placed?
-If you have provided an incorrect address, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already been shipped, then we won’t be able to update the correct address and we will have to re-ship the order. We will charge a reshipment fee for orders with insufficient address. Please double check all addresses/ phone number/ pin code before placing an order.

4) Can I make any modifications after the order has been placed?
-Unfortunately, we do not offer any modification once the order has been placed. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order.
5) What should I do if I receive a missing or broken product?
-In the unfortunate event that you receive a missing or broken product; we request you to record an unboxing video with no edits or cuts. This will help us assess the situation better.
Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, including the unboxing video and any relevant pictures, and we will work towards resolving the issue promptly.
6) How do I track my order?
-Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination.
7) My parcel is returning back to the seller. What can I do?
-There could be various reasons why one’s parcel is returning to the seller like, insufficient/wrong address, wrong phone number, unavailability of the consignee, door or premises closed, the consignee denied delivery of package, etc. In such circumstances the customer is bound to wait till the parcel reaches our warehouse and is liable to pay the reshipment fees worth Rs.150/-.
